About instability in network connection

my device S10+ has fluctuates network every time H+ to VOlte. no stabilty in network connection

Ha but jab wifi se connect hota hai to 4G+ show karta hai par jab wifi off karke data on karta hu to turant hi 3G me chala jata he......
