About food panda voucher

As the salesman said that applied the voucher after 2, yo 3 days when i applied for it

It's not working don't know what happened guide me if u know anything about it

I dont know what the salesman said but, from my experience : you can apply voucher before placing the order and most of the vouchers do not work when we try to select payment method.
