Ever since the last beat update and the final stable update of android 10 the prime video is not streaming HD 1080p, also on contacting prime video customer service they don't have any resolution to the problem and in fact the say only few Samsung devices support that.

How can the S10+ not support that which was previously available !

Please Samsung OS team, give us an update for the same. As prime video is my primary media consumption, and it is frustrating to not have HD 1080p on S10+ which is the flagship S series model.

I know it does support, I have already set the screen resolution to WQHD.

This has happened after the update, one of my friends has Galaxy A30 which streams in HD 1080p. so I think there is bug after update of OS or there is a bug in Amazon prime video app.

I did not find HD playback in Amazon prime. I guess there is some issue with widevine certificates in android 10.
