AKG earbud not working

AKG earphones provided with galaxy 8 having trouble. The sound in left side started reducing and has completely stopped working now. The other side is working fine. Phone still in warranty period. Please confirm if it can be replaced.

if it's less then 6 month old u can get it replaced from service centre
