Myny tracking id k liy samsung helpline call ki thi to unho ny bola tcs waly apko email kryn gy tracking id hmary pas nhi hy. Or myny TCS ki helpline py call ki to unho ny btaya tcs ki aysi koi policy nhi k ham khud customer ko tracking id send kryn ya sms na email. Jisny parcel book krwaya hy wohe apko tracking id provid kry ga. Iska mtlab abi tak parcel book he nhi hoa samsung waly khud call kr k bus lolypop dy rhy customers ko.
