A small flagship smart phone

We are looking for a small flagship phone at the size 5.4 to 5.5. This will be good one for elderly people, ladies, and people with small hands.

There are many models and brands with 6 and above 6 in the market. But not a single model in the above mentioned range. 

Please come up with something small but powerful in S series with almost same config.
