I am using different Samsung devices from galaxy s5 onwards...last two phones I used s22 ultra and s10...both phone dead after 2.5 years
(Both preorder)... my whole data is gone...my friend told he had similar issue before for note 8..

I went to service center and that was the worst service...they didn't give any feedback for one week...after 1 week when I go there they said mother board dead...cannot recover anything...

I feel very sad due to same problem happening again...i like s24 ultra, but i am afraid same issue will come...i am thinking to switch to apple

That's rare as I have used several samsungs for 8 years ..right now am using a galaxy note 20 ultra since 2021 and it workd perfect .. did you buy new or refurbished

Both phone I buy as preorder before phone release through Samsung official website..that's why I am more sad about..

If its refurbished or used I will not feel these kind of pain
