RECENTLY I PURCHASED GALAXY S21 ULTRA.  I PREBOOKED IT BY MY IDEA SIM WHICH IS MY ONLY SIM AND AFTER GETTING S21 ULTRA , I INSERTED MY IDEA SIM IN SLOT 1 ALSO FOR REDEMPTION OFFERS..THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN IT TILL THAT TIME.
NOW AFTER SOME DAYS I PORTED MY IDEA SIM TO JIO OPERATOR. STILL THERE IS NO PROBLEM IN IT.
BUT WHEN I CONVERTED THIS JIO SIM TO
 " E SIM " IN MY S21 ULTRA, AUTOMATICALLY IT SWITCHED TO SLOT 2..IT IS BY DEFAULT EVEN JIO PERSON TOLD ME THAT IT IS NOT IN HIS HAND.
THAT MEANS MY SLOT 1 IS VACANT NOW AND MY MAIN SIM,MOB NO. IS AT SLOT 2.
NOW IN FUTURE HOW CAN I DONE ALL THINGS LIKE PREBOOKING AND REDEMPTION OFFERS ETC. ?
EVEN SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE PERSON AND HIS SENIOR PERSON ALSO HAS NO ANSWER FOR IT.
THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS IS FIRST TIME ANYONE TOLD THEM ABOUT THIS SITUATION. 
THEY SAID THAT THEY SUGGEST SAMSUNG TO DO ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR PROBLEM. 
ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTION FOR THIS.
PLEASE WRITE / SUGGEST...

Try inserting hard sim in slot 2, maybe eSim will get back to slot 1...

in that situation SIM 2 show no signs.
that means no existence.
