The Thing that i found out is you can use Bixby, (yes you actually can!)
But for Voice-to-text purposes...
Let me tell you how..!
▪Open an app in which you need to type
▪When your keyboard pops up, Press and Hold the Bixby button and VOILA!!
▪You Can Dictate To Bixby
