when i restart my s7 edge there is a note show on startup " custom os can cause critical problem press volume keys to cancel and install" please answer

that's correct. don't do it. you are entering download mode. to exit press all the buttons at once to exit download mode.

nothing if you only enter download mode. but if you flash a custom firmware you will trip Knox. no more warranty, no more samsung pay, etc just like if you were to root the phone.

This is normal operation if device is rebooted by pressing the VOL down key + Home + Power button.
