Galaxy SWe sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that you are experiencing. Before you try the recommendations below, be sure to check if your device's software and related apps are updated to the latest version. You can update your device's software with the following steps:
Go to Settings > Software update.
Tap on Download and install.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
Try below steps:
1. Maximise the In-call volume
2. Restart your device
3. Start your device in Safe mode
4. Turn off Wi-Fi Calling
5. Check if “Mute all sounds” is off
6. Check that your SIM card is in a good shape
7. Perform a Factory data reset on your device
