5Ghz Mobile Hotspot after Android 13 upgrade UI 5.0

Hello Everyone, I updated my s20 Ultra Lte to Android 13 and since then I am unable to switch on my mobile hotspot if it is configured on 5Ghz frequency.

I have to change it to 2.4ghz to be able to toggle on the Mobile Hotspot. 

I have devices which I use to connect on the 5ghz frequency and now I am unable to do so. Anyone else faced this issue after the Android 13 update.

Try to check if you didn't turn on data saver mode,If so switch it off

Data Saver is off. Problem still persists. Only when 2.4ghz is selected that I am able to switch on mobile hotspot.

Same for me on s20fe after the update. Sometimes reboot helps but this is not ok

In September 2023, I have the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy A31.

Has anyone found a way to fix it?

I believe after I upgraded to UI 5.1, the problem disappeared on its own. I could not find a working solution to fix it.
