5G working without any update on S20 FE 5G

Hello all, 

So the database issue from Jio's side has been resolved for S20 FE 5G. Now their database is recognising this device as 5g and hence many users did get the welcome offer and are able to use the service

But currently Jio is providing the service on N28 and N77 OR N78 bands. (as far as i know)

Since the update for Airtel 5g was already rolled out by Samsung, hence i think the N77 OR N78 band was unlocked through that update. (These bands are common to both Jio and Airtel)

So we are able to use 5g on Jio through this N77 OR N78 band only.

But the FOTA for the rest of the bands is still pending (i guess). 

N28 gives less speed but better coverage, N78 gives fast speed but less coverage. 

Jio has done it's part, now it's Samsung's turn. 

The fact that FOTA for Standalone is still pending has been confirmed by Samsung only.

This is what i have understood. (I might be wrong)

I have reverted back to android 12 and my S20 FE 5G device is showing as 5G compatible.

I will test 5G at Bengalooru and then post here.
