5G on s22 ultra on jio sim in Hyderabad

Is anyone able to access Jio 5G network on s22 ultra in Hyderabad.

Its already been launched a week ago, I am still not able to get it on my s22 ultra.

Please do keep posted if anyones able to access in Hyderabad.

Please read my post on the same issue.

It seems that our sweetheart Samsung hasn't provided the software to enable 5G services, out of the box; that too for smartphones that they charge a hefty price.

Did you check with the MyJio app if your S22 Ultra supports 5G?

Secondly, it is important to know if the Jio SIM card is 5G ready. I read earlier, that Airtel SIM cards are 5G ready.

Yes Jio simcards are 5g ready and i did not get any 5g banner or update in myjio app.Not sure why samsung is doing this but earlier i was able to use airtel 5g on the same device.But jio is not woking, not sure why?

Bro check with jio if 5g enabled in your location or ?
If you stay in 5g coverage area you will receive banner, once you show the interest will receive confirmation msg from jio then it will work

Do you have option to select 5g only ?
If available select, els install force LTE,and select manually then
Instal netmonster and check on which band it's connecting,

Don't select 5g/ lte

I am scared whether my s22 ultra is 5g enabled or not, I checked on netmonster, its saying device is not 5g enabled.

Don't worry s22 ultra support 5g
Install net monster from play store, after installing disable wifi and select NR5G only in network settings now run netmonster it will show available 5g bands from jio in your location,
as per jio customer should be in 5g enabled area with 5g supported smartphone for minimum 12 hours per day then they will accept your invitation.
