Galaxy SActually yeh Samsung ka Thermal Management System hai jo phone ko overheat hone se bachata hai.
Jab internal temperature limit cross karta hai (40°C+), to phone automatically 5G modem ko throttle kar deta hai ya disable kar deta hai kyunki 5G zyada power consume karta hai aur heat bhi generate karta hai.
Iss situation me kuch kaam ke solutions:
Phone ka cover halka ya open use karo, thick case heat trap karta hai
Direct sunlight ya gaming + charging combo avoid karo
Background apps clear rakho, especially heavy ones
Settings > Software update me check kar lo, kabhi patch aata hai for thermal performance
Aur agar issue bar-bar aa raha hai toh Samsung Members app me diagnostics run karke ek report bhej do — wo proper analyze karte hain
Samsung smart hai, but kabhi-kabhi zyada hi protective ban jaata hai 😅
Agar kisi aur ne bhi same face kiya hai toh share karo, maybe ek collective feedback se fix aa jaye future update me 🔧📲

Galaxy SDear Samsung Member,
Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
As per your query, we want to inform you that 5G network service may not be available depending on the network conditions of your mobile network service provider even though you are in the 5G service area.
Regarding this, the mobile network service provider will continuously improve the network quality of 5G service through gradual network coverage expansion going forward. And, the 5G devices use in conjunction with LTE and 5G networks and support the high-speed processing of large data, which may result in increased battery consumption and higher heat generation compared to LTE devices under the same conditions.
Also, when you use applications that require more power for extended periods, the device may heat up due to increased battery consumption as well. If the 5G device heats up to a specific temperature during use, the algorithm to prevent the device’s overheating operates, and accordingly, the maximum performance of the device may be limited and the network signal changes to a 4G network.
This is a normal operating condition to assure continuous device performance.
In this case, please wait for the device to get cool down for a while and then use the device again. If the 5G device gets cooled down to a specific temperature, the device will connect to the 5G network again.
Warm Regards,
Samsung Customer Support
