i think they are working on android 11 3.0 for s20 series that's why u didn't received nov patch. if you had joined the beta program then you have got patch of nov so far

I enrolled to oneui 3 beta a week back , dint get an ota to latest beta version yet. Seems like now the application is faking it with the enroll button , the program might be full .
