2nd Physical Sim option gone after update

Hi. Last night, I got update on my S20 Ultra (G988B/DS) and 2nd Physical Sim option replaced with Esim. How can I get the Physical sim option for 2nd sim?

Samsung S20 Ultra has 2 slots, one sim card slot and another slot for hybrid SD card or sim card option. Regardless the the option. Are you still able to use your second sim?

Thank you for your response. I was using 2 physical sims before the update. I did not have eSim option. After the update I am able to use only 1 sim slot and for 2nd sim phone has only eSim option. 2nd Physical sim option is not there, even with the sim inside nothing. Tried resetting and all no luck. Changed the CSC as well.

​Kindly try to reset all settings by following these steps:

Tap Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset all settings. It will return all the device settings to the default ones.

Then try to reset the network settings, by following these steps, It will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth connections.

Step 1 Swipe up or down to view the apps.

Step 2 Press Settings.

Step 3 Scroll to and touch General management.

Step 4 Press Reset.

Step 5 Press Reset network settings.

Step 6 Press Reset settings.

If the issue persists, kindly try to visit the nearest service center for physical examination.
