My Galaxy A30 doesn't charge fast. It takes more then 3 hours to charge on fast charging. And when i turn off fast charging. It takes 4 hours to charge. I also checked another charger but problem remains same. I also switched off, restarts and reset my phone but nothing happens, problem remains same. I also removed all 3rd party apps but problem is same. I also went to Samsung care centre, they checked and dedected no problem. They told me its a software issue. Please I request you to please do something in software update to overcone this problem. And please provide a software update for A30 related to this slow charging problem. Hope you help.
