Galaxy SHi,
Kindly try the following:
1. Force the phone to reboot: press and hold the Volume down and Power key for 7 to 10 seconds to perform a forced reboot or soft reset. On phones without a dedicated Power key, press and hold the Volume down key and Side key for 7 to 10 seconds.
2. Optimize device performance: the Device care feature will improve your phone's overall performance by scanning for wasted storage space and other potential issues. Navigate to and open Settings. Tap Device care, and then tap Optimize now.
3. Boot a Samsung device into Safe Mode:
A. Turn the device off by holding the Power button until the option to Power Off appears on the screen. Tap Power off .
B. Press and Hold the Power and the Volume Down buttons at the same time, to turn the device on.
C. When you see the Samsung logo appear on the screen, you can let go of the Power button while the device boots up. Make sure to keep holding the Volume Down button. You will now be able to see Safe Mode down the near the bottom left of the screen.
