10x Telephoto Lens Blur

Did anybody else got this issue? 

Today I suddenly got an issue where my 10x telephoto lens is blurr in S21 Ultra cannot also use further than 10x because all is blur Yesterday it was clearly ok just want to know if its software issue or hardware.
