1 and only reason why I hate android 13 on S22 ultra

You must keep the S pen inside to Turn on air actions I mean why! In Android 12, 4.1 ui You can connect to ur s pen Air actions when it's out of the phone. NO NEED TO INSERT IT THEN CONNECT AND TAKE OUT. I understand that I can CONNECT it before taking out or KEEP the pen connected. But isn't that a sign of Making the phone downgrade?? 🤔 

If you think if the feature still available and It's just i don't know how to activate it in This android 13 Can you help me up? Or give me the reason of removing that portable features from S22 ultra

As in the guide it is necessary to insert the spen to the device to activate air action
