Understandably Samsung delayed the release of the new update. I would rather have a stable update that doesn't mess things up on my phone. But what blows my mind is that Samsung cannot be honest and clear with their customers. And tell them when the update will be realeased.
Customers in the UAE have been given no indication on when they can expect an update. What a shambles. Charging people so much money for phones such as the S24 series. And then just to expect customers to accept, "you will get the update when you get it" attitude from Samsung. Truly disappointing.
This QA control, lack of care for Samsung customers has made me question why I moved from Apple. Once I have got my money's worth from this phone, I'm selling and going back to Apple or direct to Google Pixel.
No amount of "premium feelings" from a phone is worth this joke of a roll out.

Truly agree with you. I will also be switching back to iphone .Totally disappointed with samsung 💔
