Pakistanis are treated as a low profile customers. Even most of African countries & Afghanistan has more value than us.

Samsung has no or very poor customer care services here in Pakistan.

There is no time-line for UI updates in Pakistan. Samsung has no information about it nor they bother. 

Parts specially of new models are not available. 
One of my friends broke his S23 ultra screen. Samsung asked him to pay and wait for 15 days as it was not available.

In 2021 Samsung has removed all its premium and paid content from galaxy store for Pakistan and 5 other small and poor countries.

Chinese brands are so much good in customer care
Looks like we have to contact international samsung rather than regional management.
