I say that i have not received any major update in on nxt model. Device speed is very slow and battery drainage problem is major issues.

Samsung may not release any update to old series. The latest ones come with One UI and old series had different one. They want you to buy a new one.

As of now, we do not have any confirmation regarding the update launch date. If any update will be available then you will be receiving the update notification from Samsung.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Make sure that 20% internal storage is free for which clear the RAM memory and storage of device (Settings > Device care > Memory/Storage > Clean Now).

2- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).

3- Check for the latest device O/S (Settings > Software Update > Download updates manually).

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
