video calling not working on samsung on nxt

hello friends... I'm unable to do video calls directly through dialpad since i upgraded my on nxt 64gb to nougat..so please provide me any method to make it work..

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that please follow the steps below to make video call:-
1. The video calling option is appear next to the voice call logo.
2. After tapping on the video call you will be able to make a video call.
3. To connect via video call the other person should have 3G/4G connectivity and the front camera in his device.

pehle call logs me kisi bhi call pr click krna pdta h fir ja ke call,video call,message and detail ka option aata h sidhi slide krne pr call kyu nhi milti...

I have same issue in my phone Samsung galaxy on nxt from long time, I was claim this issue many times they my phone need binary update, R&D team provides as soon as possible. & I have received new updated today but video calling issue still not resolve.
Samsung software service is very bad.

my issue got fixed..i actually full restored my phone and videocall via jio worked
