Galaxy On1. Right click on This PC (Or My Computer)
2. Click on Manage
3. Click on Disk Management
4. You will see a new drive in the bottom list, right click on that drive (small area on the left) and select "Initialize" or "Initialize drive" (I can't recall the exact) and after it is done,
5. Right click on the large area on the right and click "New Simple Volume" and create the volume.
