regarding recent error reports

In the recent error reports revert from Samsung Sa

msung give me revert as on screenshots, but I'm not satisfied with this revert because same reply given by Samsung in January,February months but Samsung not push security patches from November 2019. Seriously Samsung is not care of her older devices after 1 year. But Samsung on7 prime currently need 1 security patches minimum.
