Thank you for your query. The relevant department may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs/video by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).

Samsung is worst in support... I have raised this issue... and even though they are not accepting their fault... they suggest me:
1. Set network frequencyon auto mode.
2. Select network manually.
3. Resent app preference.
4. Interchange SIM 1 and SIM 2
5. Boot in safe mode
6. Format your mobile
7. If anything not worked then go to service centre( so that they can make some scratch and dimple on your phone )
Don't expect anything support from them... They are not going to fix it by new update...

But they gave me other response for my above error report ...

They said we are apologise for inconvenience caused by us we'll update our systems and will give update for that .
