internet issues after update

one more issue I facing.
when I on data connection after an hour there is no internet. For that I off data & on again then data is neither upload nor download also symbol of these on top neither seen. I also restart phone but no result. when I Power off the phone then internet has start. past few days I am facing this issue. I have to power off all time not have to restart. please help on this.

Maybe This Is Your Network Operator Issue . Have You Facing Same Issue While Putting Differnt Sim ??

- Check by using any other Sim card.
- Ensure that network frequency of your device should be selected on Auto-mode.
- Menu > Settings > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Mode > Select auto mode (GSM/WCDMA/LTE).
- Search for the Network Manually as follows:
Menu > Settings > Connections > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Select Manual Search.
- Kindly go to settings >> General management >> Reset >> Reset network settings.
