try again.
I had same issue maybe when I updated to Nougat. but it solved some how I can't recall how I fixed it.

Galaxy Onsolutions:
1. Go to apps and remove all camera apps excluding stock camera.
2. restart in recovery mode and wipe cache
if even problem occurs than Factory reset or contact Samsung care
