battery issue

dear shamesung,
I've sent so many report's to samsung team
about the battery issues but I've got the bullshit from them.
as u can see when my phone is on 50% I've turned on maximum battery saving mode. within a minute it reaches to 0% i don't know why this problem occurs and Samsung R&D team isn't doing anything.
i want to buy another samsung phone but iam affraid of this kinda problems. you guys tell me should i go for samsung or buy another brand.
