Volte and 4G not working

After resetting to default factory settings both sim slots are not working for 4G sims(Jio sim,vodafone). It works up to H+ in vodafone. But Vo-lte not working for jio sim and not able to make calls and send messages. Approached sim provider(jio) regarding the problem, was told that it was a software problem.Contacted Samsung service center(11/380, Global Crest Building, TB Road, Kokkala, Thrissur, Kerala 680021).They replaced android version with Android 7.0 but the problem still not resolved.The service center informed on 23.08.2018 that there is some problem with the hardware and told me that it is not covered under warranty.Kindly look into the issue as the phone is still under warranty up to 23.09.2018.

it means you purchased it sometime in 2017, so at that this problem didn't cropped up
