"Video call can not be made to this ph no" notification shows when I am trying to video call to any VoLTE network supported networks mob no....pls help

The video calling option is appear next to the voice call logo. 2. After tapping on the video call you will be able to make a video call. 3. To connect via video call the other person should have 3G/4G connectivity and the front camera in his device. If the issue still persists, we would request you to provide logs/video within 15 minutes of issue occurrence by registering this feedback in Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).
