Unable to call from SIM card in slot 1.

I am unable to call from SIM card in slot1. The same network is used for messaging and that works fine. This is happening since the time I updated my phone recently.

i am using Galaxy on8.. and get income calls on SIM 1 but unable to call from it.. Doesn't look like network issue
