Suddenly, front camera stopped working and while opening the camera rear to front, the screen goes black and shows Warning: Camera Failed, I have talked with Csupport executives and they did what they could do, but still same issue arising on the phone.
So, guys besides going to any services center, is there any way to resolve this issue? Every suggestion will be welcome.
switch off and on phone...see if u are in the latest software, or try for software update (if any). but the case what u mentioned (suddenly stopped) may occur only due to HARDWARE issues and not software issues. hence it's best to visit the authorized service centre, at the earliest (with bill).
Yes, before calling Csupport, I did what possibilities can do then they have also done some activities like camera app cache & data clearing, safe mode, factory resetting but still the same issue showing now. And yes, the last option is to go the service center.
