Hi,I bought Galaxy on max mobile on diwali occasion. this mobile was awesome but some min issues I noticed .... 1.Why don't u provide the shortcut icon for taking the screen shot? 2.why don't provide the call recorder option and in recorder also does not have the call record option.?

Because those are niche features that not everyone wants. Most users want a minimalistic UI for smoother experience, and that's where Samsung has been heading since 2014.
