I am going through very hard time due to my new On8 phone. When my mobile data is on and I do start a voice call or receive a voice call then the mobile data is lost. Lost means completely lost. The data signal will vanish. I will not be able to do any internet activity. This is a huge bug. I tried in safe mode...same result. Tried samsung customer care....no help. If someone is having same trouble then plz help.
Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that you can use mobile data on call while you are calling from the same sim card. If you are calling from another sim card and want access the internet by another sim card is not possible via device. And make sure to select the network mode (Auto mode) for internet while calling. Also would like to tell you for batter network frequency please coordinate with the service provider.
