Samsung Galaxy On Max - Charging Issue

Samsung Galaxy On Max, Charging Happening Normally.

But when Power Saving mode is ON to Max it doesn't charge.

Replication of issue.
Change Settings -> Device Maintenance -> Battery -> Max
Then start charging the phone, even for whole day it will not charge 100%.

Change Power Saving to normal charges in less than 2.5hours

Seems charging software issue..
