Hi All,
I am using the newly launched Samsung Galaxy F62 where the Galaxy Store keeps on crashing and gives me a pop up. Please let me know if you anyone is facing this issue or is there any solution to this.
@SamsungTeam you need to release an OTA to address these issues

Thanks all for the overwhelming support but it seems that the problem persist and can be rectified only by a software update or by the next latest version.
I tried running the app in safe as instructed by @Ishan48 and also the steps by @vocal4local but after updating the app crashes.
I think the Galaxy f62 needs software optimization of the ONE UI 3.0 to have a more better and smoother experience.
is there anyway to tag Samsung technical team to this post?

Sorry to hear that didn't work, But no you can't tag technical team. You can send them Feedback and error log file btw On members app 》 Get Help 》 Ask questions or submit error reports with your questions.

I am facing same , I have clear the app data from setting then opened it. this worked for me but this is an temporary solution. now I am facing same problem with Google
