Samsung Galaxy F62 Battery draining a little.

Hi All,

I bought Galaxy F62 on its first day. After updating the device and setting it up I have observed that the device in performance wise is really good but the battery is draining little without me doing any heavy usage. Is anyone facing same issue or observation??

might be. actually i have hardly used the phone. using it only for calls and checking mails. but yeah internet and location has been on for me. and currently the area I m staying is having little weak signals. let's see what happens after few days.

yes. wait for few days. it will improve dramatically.

how will the battery issue resolve by itself?

it has no battery issues.the phone will optimize the battery based on usage. your first 1-2 days would consume more because of the indexing of apps ,installing different plugins and just because of the first time setup.

It's been a week & it still comsumes battery fast

There are battery draining issues in f62 as many battery drain tests 

M51 lasted longer than f62

M51 -10hrs , f62- 8hrs of Sot

I would like to thank each and everyone of you for your generous help. I switched to galaxy phones after almost 10 years. I will update here after few days.

Nothing.. the battery lasts for 1.5 days maximum with minimum usage. Heating is generally not observed much except during charging. Not using the phone currently as primary. Using M51, hell lot optimized.

As I use samsungf62 as primary , the max sot I can see is 11 hrs

Is their any possibility of it improving via updates or is it a permanent bug?
