why the Secure folder isn't working in galaxy on5 pro ?

i have same problem.
and evan Samsung care fell to fix this problem.

Take it to a Service centre then, this usually happens when the Knox counter gets tripped.

Even i contacted samsung customer care for it but they said like if the app comes to ur device inbuilt then only it will work or even if u r upgrading ur OS the app comes then also u can use it.
and if u r downloading this app it won't work
