Me and my friend bought 2 galaxy f41 mobiles on 30th October 2020. Everything is ok, except for the fact that the call quality is like 2g or 3g phones and no HD call quality is seen in both the mobiles . All settings options are tried as guided by samsung customers care but the problem still persist. Kindly advice if there is a solution for this problem.
