Oreo Update

Why Galaxy J7 (2016) is getting an 8.1 Oreo update with Samsung Experience 9.5, where as Galaxy On7 Prime (2018) is getting 8.0 Oreo update with Samsung Experience 9.0 ? Can anyone explain this to me?
