My On Max handset is auto detected as j7 max everywhere..fraud by samsung...

i bought galaxy on max from flipkart...but everywhere it is auto detected as j 7 max....and my handset has a continuous wifi connectivity problem...plz help me samsung.... solve wifi issue..

bro,
j series is for offline market(stores)
on series is for online market.
But the phones are same,just a change in name

ok bro...thanks a lot.. but most of the handset has a connectivity issue...wifi disconnects everytime saying authentication error....help me solve this man

forget the network and re enter the network by entering the password again

i have tried that brother but its not helping...whenever phone is in landscape mode it always diconnects...whether its YouTube or playing games...saying authentic error occured....plz help me...its a new phone...i have started hating samsung for this...they havent even fixed it after so many posts in their forum...

A lot of people faced this same issue...everytime phone is in landscape mode the wifi disconnects saying authentication error...however there is a solution by entering the service mode but again even the service mode does not have the option of wifi power saving mode....PFA a screenshot of other people complaining about the same
