My mobile phone samsung galaxy on max speaker is getting automatically on while calling but speaker button on screen is off and I have to turn it on then off to resolve this issue. Kindly note that I am facing said issue since last 3-4 days post updation of your software update of 112MB.
Kindly check and get this issue fixed on priority basis.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check app cache:- Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
