🔶It's been Over 4 months since we received the last update. 🔶We are still at August security patch 🔶Since September, no update whatsoever 🔶Samsung, did you forget that you launched a device named On8 ? 🔶While J7 Prime, Pro, etc are getting regular updates and we are feeling neglected. 🔶I prefer samsung phones only still I get such service ? 🔶What's the point of asking so much price for a phone when you don't offer the necessary specs and after sales services ?
