Dear sir,
I'm so proud for being a Samsung customer, but some problems of my device disappoints me!!

I feel Samsung is a brand where we depend and trust for getting best service ever all brand. And I think all customers purchase all your product only for brand name, what product that may be.

But my device's slow performance disappointed me!!! I wouldn't say about slow performance if I don't have 4GB RAM AND 64GB INTERNAL MEMORY. And I bought On7 Prime only for speed performance.

Still I have trust upon Samsung, and that's why I'm writting in here.

Please don't say to uninstall my apps because I bought this phone only for 64GB, I mean for installing more apps.
