Galaxy On NXT(G610) Pie update info

I have contacted Samsung service for Android Pie  and one UI official update for the 6th time as per my knowledge. Always I get the reply that " we are working on it " 

Kindly go thru the complaint mail raised by me 

Reply recieved from Samsung 

I guess 90% of Samsung mobiles are currently running on Android pie 

28 mobiles of Samsung are using Exynos 7870 octa core processor out these except ON series all others recieved Pie update with One UI 

Other brands like Realme stated that mobile of higher version from Realme 3 would get android pie and xiaomi stated clearly mobile of higher versions from Mi Note 5 will get pie update 

Samsung must give information, Do galaxy On NXT is eligible to get android PIE update or not
