it was announced that Samsung devices which are compatible for fortnite will be able to install it. But I can't on my Samsung galaxy on 8 2016 model which is compatible.

Wow! Please understand how processors work! Even the Z2 has a 64bit processor.
The Exynos 7580 processor is not powerful enough to run Fortnite. Any Samsung smartphone which is powerful enough will be able to run the game. The game is not limited to S/Note series. Some A series phone can run the game.
