That's because fm radio uses headphone jack as the antenna. You can't use fm without wired headphone. You can use bluetooth to listen to fm radio while wired headphone is connected. There are apps on playstore that routes the headphone audio to bluetooth headphone. Install "Soundabout" or other BT Mono app.
